Think I'm getting more temperamental (Must be my artistic streak manifesting...haha...)
Ok, egos aside, think I'm getting more cynical. Is it influence by people around me; are there cynical people around me or people's actions (or inaction) has been changing me so. Or is it a part of me that's been dormant, but has now been awakened?
Finding myself getting uglier inside...it's not right. What happened to my belief that there's something (at least 1 thing) good in everybody? The best way to a relationship is to enlarge their good points & minimise the weak?
Well, guess as I question myself, one finds that at least there's some realisation. Well, I try my best not to judge others as it is written:
"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye." (Matthew 7:1-5)
Well, hope I'll not be getting cynical anymore & try to find something good about the people....if I can find any (oops, at it again.)

There're always a good and a bad side to people. And it's ok to see the good or the bad, it's only normal, only human, right?

Guess that's all part of working life. You'll meet all sorts of people, even though I don't meet the public directly that often, unlike some of my counterparts.
ReplyDeleteHowever, it's those whom you work with or face everyday who "bugs" you, coz they don't go away that easily, whereas customers/patrons will come & go (except for some irritating ones who demands the "world" from you).
