You must be wondering why I'm showing this used fork.
Notice the little chip off the leftmost tip/prong? I SWALLOWED IT. *Gasp*
No, I wasn't attempting some fork-eating feat, but I ate it unwittingly when I was chewing on a chicken nugget. Yes, while eating a buffet lunch at an event today, I poked a chicken nugget and started on it. I bit a little harder at one point but as the chicken nugget was still there, didn't notice the chip untill I had finished the nugget. And to my horror, I must have swallowed it together with the nugget!
My God! Hopefully there are no side effects if the plastic disintergrates in my stomach, releasing any chemicals in me. This is terrible. This shows you the quality of some of the things we use these days. I know they are trying to be environmental-friendly in some way, but this is dangerous...make something more usable!
