Raul Midón

Went to his concert tonight and all I can say is he's AWESOME!

Never have I seen someone play the guitar like that, nor knew that the guitar can be played this way. I'm amazed really. And he is the ultimate 1-man band; he is the trumpet, saxophone, drums and of course guitar. All these with just his guitar and his mouth (he does a mean sound imitating).

He was humorous too and the songs were nice, with him having a good range in vocals.

Enjoyed the performance very much. I managed to buy his CD and had it autographed. I was pretty curious at how he would be doing that as he was blind...he used a small card as a position marker.

(sideline: he has a twin brother (blind too) that works in NASA!)
