Have been trying out this analysis site (http://iwl.me/) on who I write like and interestingly, I got a few results when pasting some of my blog entries (in different subjects/styles):
1) I write like Dan Brown
- Used my latest "Short + Sweet" post.
2) I write like James Joyce
- used my "Knight and Day" review
3) I write like David Foster Wallace
- used my "40 Days of Faith" post
and many more...
gee...guess I write like everyone? I guess the correct answer would be I write like myself. Ha!

Actually, in my opinion, if they give you 3 different results upon analysing 3 different blog entries...then I think the test isn't very accurate.
ReplyDeleteCos I believe that your writing style is constant, and if it is constant, then the result should be largely the same for all 3 tests.
Just my opinion. =)
