I have been reading 2 Chronicles lately and it constantly reminds us to "finish well" in our walk with GOD. Throughout the book, we see how the many kings had fallen during their last days. Some started really well but ended badly, as pride took over, forgetting that their victorious past and prosperity was God-given. Some started badly but ended well. All these had repercussions for the next generations to come and even of nationwide calamity. Not many finished well, but God is merciful & faithful, never forgetting His promises.
I pray that I will be able to finish well eventually.
